Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Xenia Yashal, you agree to the terms set out below.

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered can't be fulfilled, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
  • Pricing & Payment: All prices listed are in PKR (or your local currency for international customers) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges follow the policy stated on our Return & Exchange page. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Delivery Services: Orders are shipped directly from Dubai, UAE, to addresses across Pakistan. Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Xenia Yashal is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
  • Order Refusals: Xenia Yashal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order showing signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including images, logos, product names, and design, is the property of Xenia Yashal and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery to Pakistan: 3-5 business days.
  • Express delivery to Pakistan: 1-2 business days (additional charges may apply).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/ debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Pakistan orders only.
  • All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Limitation of Liability

XY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
  • Any content obtained from the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
