Return & Refund Policy - Xenia Yashal Pakistan

Every Xenia Yashal order shipped within Pakistan includes a complimentary tester vial of the fragrance you've purchased.
Test the scent using the vial alone. If it doesn't suit you, you’re eligible to return the full-size bottle, provided its original seal and packaging are intact, and the used tester vial is sent back with it.
A broken, torn, punctured, or opened seal ends the return. No exceptions.

Change of mind (tested via vial): Raise a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery. The bottle must be sealed and unused. The tester vial must accompany the return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item itself. Report product defects within 7 days through our return/exchange platform. Once inspected and approved, we issue a replacement at no cost.
Courier charges: Returns carry a courier fee of Rs 500, payable by the customer.
Refund timeline: Once the courier receives the parcel at our facility, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
Verification: Our courier partner photographs the parcel and its contents at pickup. A full inspection follows on arrival at our facility.
Refunds and exchanges are honoured only when they meet the standards below.

A broken, torn, punctured, or opened seal on the full-size bottle voids any refund or exchange.
A deduction of Rs 1500 from the total amount will be incurred if the return parcel is missing the tester vial.
Promotional items, complimentary gifts, and bundle components must all be returned together. Incomplete returns will not be processed.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or claims for products bought through unauthorized resellers or any website other than our official Xenia Yashal website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for orders placed and delivered within Pakistan.
